Pat Isaac is Founder and CEO of Capital Services Inc. She founded Capital Services from her genuine desire to create innovative solutions where employees actually appreciate the meaning of employee benefits.
In her role as CEO, Pat is responsible for the vision and strategic direction of the firm, and helps develop state-of- the art client solutions leading to measurable outcomes and savings.
For the past 20 years, her consultative approach has helped C-Suite executives and business owners across the globe with a wide range of HR and benefit-related issues. She is known in the community for her social leadership and leading her company to constant and tenacious activity in the service field through her philanthropic activities.
Pat is trilingual, attended Towson University for her bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications, and maintains active licenses in Life, Health, and Long Term Care solutions. She also holds a designation as an Advanced Benefits Consultant.
A recipient of the 2014 Smart CEO BRAVA Award, Pat has also been featured in numerous industry publications, such as Employee Benefits Advisor, The Women’s Book Entrepreneur, and the Baltimore Business Journal.
Pat is also active in the National Association of Health Underwriters, and has served on various local committees and Non-Profit Board of Directors. She is currently serving as Baltimore County’s Human Relations Commissioner.
Outside of the office, Pat frequently travels, enjoys gourmet cooking, and engages in outdoor activities such as skiing, track, and biking.
Ms. Isaac resides in Baltimore County with her husband, where they are very active in volunteering to help others live their dreams.
