Rachel Mathov is the Vice President of Group Operations of Capital Services.
In her role, Rachel oversees and is responsible for the account management teams with a focus on the large group market segment. She also oversees agency operations, sales activity, vendor management, and reporting for the firm.
With 8 years of experience in the insurance industry, Rachel has worked extensively with corporate decision makers in the design of diverse employee benefit programs.
Her involvement in all aspects of employee benefits administration and consulting has led to year-after- year efficiencies and general ROI for Capital Services clients.
She has broad experience and expertise in the ACA, group health and welfare programs, benefit plan design, risk management, and ERISA plan compliance.
Rachel received her Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Loyola University’s Sellinger School of Business and her Bachelors of Arts in Business Management and Communications from Goucher College in Maryland.
She maintains an active Producer License, as well as active licenses in Life and Health solutions. Rachel is also a Certified HIPAA Privacy Associate.
Currently, Rachel resides in Baltimore City with her husband.
